Woven Rugs Rework

A regular client of MCR Services got in touch regarding an issue with a delivery of woven rugs. On a quality check the rugs, of various shapes and sizes, were faulty. Due to the nature of the material used, there were snags in the wool on the rugs which required action to make them suitable for the retail environment.

The team at MCR Services were tasked with performing quality inspections on around 180 rugs. It was deemed that using a crochet hook would work best on those rugs with snags. Carefully, each snag was pulled back through to the underside of the rug before repackaging them into the polythene bags.
